Stunning Villa with Panoramic Sea Views, Mojacar Playa

Villa Sellares is a beautiful traditional Spanish white washed Corjio set on the exclusive Indalo Mountain range, with panoramic uninterrupted sea views over the Mediterranean in Mojacar Playa near Almeria, Andalusia in Southern Spain. Very private garden with private swimming pool. On a no through road, so no passing traffic.
Known as the jewel in the crown of the Costas along with its non-high rise sky line. Voted by the Daily Telegraph as one of the top 20 places in the world for the good life. Although the Villa is on an enviable elevated position, it is only a 10 minute walking distance to the paeso (promenade) and it is considered locally as the best beach on Mojacar Playa, known as Las Ventanicas a golden sand beach. A good number of well-known bars and restaurants are also in this area.
The Villa has been completely refurbished to the highest of standards including new drainage, electrics and plumbing. It now sports brand new bathrooms, kitchen, windows and doors. All outside terracing has just been completed along with a gazebo fitted without door speakers and remote control ceiling fan. Pool.
All accommodation at Villa Sellares is on one level.

The master bedroom with king size bed, has fitted wardrobes, dressing table, AC, ceiling fan, double doors to terrace and swimming pool with gorgeous sea views to wake up to in the morning. The covered terrace area to the master bedroom has a remote control ceiling fan and comfortable seating. The en-suite has a walk in double shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

One guest bedroom has a kingsize double bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, and ceiling fan, AC and double doors that lead out to the swimming pool. This bedroom is directly next to the family bathroom which consists of shower in bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

The third guest bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes, AC and ceiling fan. This bedroom has a en-suite shower room, with toilet and wash hand basin.

The modern fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops will provide you with all of the space and facilities to cater for your stay and has direct access to the terrace with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge freezer, microwave and a range master style cooker with gas hob, double electric oven and grill. A dishwasher and an electric under sink heater for instant hot water exclusively for the kitchen sink. Other sundry equipment such as toaster, kettle and liquidiser.
There is also abundant supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware. The washing machine is situated just outside of the kitchen door in a custom housing above which is a retractable washing line.
Leading from the kitchen you enter in inside dining area consisting of a marble top dining table with seating for six.

The lounge area benefits from the panoramic sea views and has AC , ceiling fans, a 40 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix and English/Spanish TV, WIFI and a Blue Ray DVD player. A Sony giga juke music system with around 2000 pre-loaded songs of an eclectic mix which can play this pre-loaded music or your own CDs or memory stick to both the lounge and or garden areas where a number of exterior speakers which are inserted into the outside walls.

The swimming pool and garden areas benefit from the outstanding sea views. There is plenty of outside space to relax and dine alfresco on the terrace. We have an outdoor shower and outdoor toilet facilities to complement our outdoor swimming pool. At night the garden can be lit with uplighters to the borders, and glass wall which gives that extra special magic to Villa.
Villa Sellares is approached by a driveway at the end of which is a covered private car port area for parking.
The Villa is situated in a no through road with only 2 other properties beyond us therefore there is no passing traffic other than residents of the properties either side of us.

Villa Sellares has all the discerning traveller or family could wish for.
