Staff was good but they need to work on maintaining the rooms and quality of the property

The hotel is great! The location is great. The breakfast is fantastic! The only problem is that since the pandemic, I prefer not to have cleaning staff come into my room. I never had any problems with this, however, one night, a cleaning man along with a front desk receptionist knocked really loudly on my room door at 10pm to see if everything was “ok. The girl at the front desk had already seen me arrive at the hotel, so I don't know why she needed to come to my room and knock on the door so loudly. The next morning I went to the front desk to complain, and was told that this is not standard procedure - that they should have called my room first and not just knock on my door at 10pm.

The staff are excellent, extremely thoughtful and attentive.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff was so kind and helpful, and the room was clean and bigger than expected. It made it very easy for us to stay in the room with three large bags. I highly recommend this hotel!
