checking in was difficult as main property shown on booking was not where my room was, it was next building along with entrance at side. Lady who I'd arranged checking in time with did hear me and came out to let me in correct door, but would have helped to have known this sooner. She was very polite and helpful though. Room a bit dated, but clean and bed very comfortable.

Location is near sol and opera metro station. Many restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. Staff is very helpful
