They tried to charge us for the service dogs, though that is both against Hotels.com policy and Italian law. The room was OK, large, with a nice balcony. Our room was in a small one room circular building amongst a similar group, with its own outside seating area. Food was good and amenities good. It seemed good for children and almost all the other guests were families with children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children.
