I have never experienced such a genuinely warm, welcoming, helpful, and kind staff. The accommodations were pristine, spectacular views, and, despite being nearly full capacity, the rooms were totally soundproofed. Also their breakfasts were life-changing. From the rooms and facilities to the incredible staff, it felt like both a luxury hotel & spa and somehow also like home. The team here were some of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve ever met—they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. At first, I was a little concerned about not being right in the heart of Old Town, but once I realized how quick and easy the walk was into town - and how peaceful and serene the hotel was with its absolutely stunning views from the hilltop - I was completely sold. The property offers just about every accommodation you could want, and it’s clear how much care goes into running this family-owned hotel. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Naxos. We’ll definitely be back. This is too good to gatekeep - do yourself a favor and book. "The best service ever! Very helpful staff and the lobby and pool areas were great to meet with friends we were travelling with. The front desk and manager was amazing! We left a jacket in our room and boarded the boat to Santorini. The hotel packed the jacket and sent it over to Santorini by boat the next day at no charge! Great location as well with a short walk to beach and town. "
