We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

Outside the property and parking lot is filled garbage and cigarette butts. Landscaping is dead or overgrown. The pool was ice cold. The room and bedding was covered in dog hair. Popcorn left in the pull out couch from previous guest. Shower sprayed water out the top of the spout.

Very nice hotel and comfy beds, but aside from the valet, the two individuals we encountered at the front desk may have been the most least friendly individuals I've ever encountered at any hotel front desk. Not one smile nor nice word (how about "welcome" or " enjoy your stay" or even ask " how was your stay & goodbye", I would even have accepted a smile.

Have stayed here previously. This stay was very noisy. heard walking above us from 12:30 - 3:00 a.m. We could also here people talking in the rooms next to us. Quite a bit of banging/knocking. Noise woke me twice.
