“We had a great time. It was perfect for us. I would highly recommend it to others and would not hesitate to return there when back in the area. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything, and yet with dedicated parking and a nice private outdoor area. We love quirky old townhouses like this, and it was in excellent condition with all the modern amenities, plus the hosts have a very nice sense of style that we appreciated. We wouln't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to family and friends.”

“Great location. We did not bring a pet but they thoughtfully provided a dog bed for those who do, which was very cute. It was great that they provide dishes for use on property and the kitchen cabinets were well labelled. There is a good ice cream place a block away and it was quick and easy to walk to the major downtown areas. We would stay here again in the future”

“This house was perfect for our trip. We were on vacation exploring DC and didnt not want to stay directly in the city so we picked Frederick. This house was clean, beds were comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. It was within walking distance of downtown where there was a wide variety of shops and dining locations. 10/10 would recommend/stay again.”

“Unfortunately, the grounds were very dirty and our room was less than clean as well. Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. They were all booked so we couldn't change rooms. They gave us a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves. Additionally, a woman knocked on our door around 10am the day of check out asking when we'd be checking out and i told her close to 11. She stated we needed……

“We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous - well-decorated with lots of nice touches. Our dog especially enjoyed the dog treats and toys! The backyard patio was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee. Highly recommend!”

“Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”
