“Car parking, first you need to park in the road, then check in & then move your car to the car park after reception opens the gate which is not too quickly !! We checked in but were not given the wi-fi password and there is no information in the room so we had to return to reception. Breakfast - we were not told we needed to pre-reserve although the waiter did let us eat ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palacio Santa Marta. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored historic building just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it perfect for exploring Trujillo on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Alba was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. Overall, an excellent stay in a charming location — we’d happily return.”
