Ontbijt, je kreeg een kaartje aangereikt waar je iets van kon kiezen. Je kon zelf in en uit-checken, alleen bij ket inchecken even kort personeel gezien, kwam vriendelijk over. Kamer kan schoner, nogal wat stofvlokken op de grond. Bed was uitermate comfortabel. Goed gelegen bij veel terrasjes en winkels in de buurt. Prima plek voor 2 nachten.

L’hôtel est près de la Grand Place, et un stationnement à proximité. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel. Tout était parfait. Grande chambre avec grande salle de bain. Très bon établissement où nous reviendrons.

Located just steps away from the Grand Place, this hotel is charming, clean, comfortable and the staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. The bed has been so comfortable and I have been able to enjoy a plethora of events just steps away. Highly recommend!

Goed gelegen. Maar geen propere kamer. In onze ijskast lag nog iets van een vorige gast waarvan de einddatum al lang overschreden was. Ook douche, tapijt enzo waren verre van proper. Er was geen koffie/waterkoker op de kamer (staat nochtans wel op de website). Het ontbijt was ok.

Idéalement placé à quelques pas de la Grand Place. Chambre standard, propre. Donnant sur la rue mais celle-ci est calme (séjour en semaine). Litterie confortable. A savoir que l'espace salle d'eau (douche, lavabo) est ouvert sur la chambre. Cela peut en gêner certains. A vérifier que les distributeurs de savon et gel douche ne soient pas vides. Une fois sous la douche c'est trop tard ;-). 2 petites bouteilles d'eau (plate, gazeuse) à disposition. Il a fallut descendre au bar demander un décapsuleur. Pour ces petits oublis, nous avons bénéficiés d'un petit geste :-) Pour le petit déjeuner (compris dans le tarif de notre nuitée), service à table après commande d'une des formules proposées (sucrée/salée). Nous concernant choix de la sucrée incluant café, croissant, pain au chocolat et verre de jus d'orange. Personnel accueillant et serviable.

La personne responsable de l’hôtel a vraiment été gentille et s’est arrangée pour que je puisse rester plus longtemps, à ma demande dernière minute. Superbe localisation, sécuritaire. Il faut juste savoir que la réception n’est pas ouverte 24h donc ça peut être inconfortable pour une personne qui voyage seule. Autrement, rien à redire!

2e séjour dans cet hôtel, la 1e fois nous avons été dérangé par les bruits de la boîte de nuit mitoyenne mais le reste des prestations restait correct. Cette fois ci nous avons été logé de l’autre côté de l’hôtel sans nuisance sonore mais notre nuit a été désagréable en raison des odeurs atroces de remontée d’égout. Quand nous avons signalé le problème à l’accueil on nous a d’abord dit qu’on n’y pouvait rien car c’était à cause de la rue .. aucune solution convenable ne nous a été proposée si ce n’est de mettre un peu de javel.. nous avons interrogé d’autres clients qui n’ont pas eu ce problème.. Petit déjeuner sympa mais un peu long

Stayed one night in a deluxe room which was located in the converted attic space. Room was very large although quite dark with only a skylight with fixed curtain over and very dim lighting available. The shower worked well although leaked a little, the sink is located in the bedroom area not the bathroom and the furniture is sparse and dated. The flooring was painted concrete slabs. The bed was comfortable enough. Replacement bedding including quilt was piled on the side and no information was provided in the room i.e wi-fi password, breakfast info etc. It also at felt like the room had not been fully prepared for guests. The male staff member greeting on check-in was a little terse but the female staff member at breakfast and checkout was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite limited by menu choice but acceptable and pleasant enough. The location itself is central to the main areas of Mons which are all easily walkable including all shops, restaurants and sights. Overall the hotel served the purpose for a brief stay but would not like to stay in the allocated room for any longer period as was not a very relaxing space.

We stay in hotel 1 night. The hotel has an interesting, modern, contemporary style. The elevator is big enough for two people with luggage, which is convenient. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the central location is very convenient for exploring the city. However, I didn’t like the open shower space design. The room itself was tiny with nice furniture, and there was no air conditioning, so we had to open the windows and ended up listening to the sound of pigeons all night. We did not try the breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and clean. But there was a bar/disco right next to our room. As it was friday night, we didn’t get to sleep until 3 am. And got awakened at 6 am by the city workers cleaning the street with high pressure water jet. We were told by the receptionist we can file a complain to the city…

Rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was located within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and shopping. The only downside was the construction that was happening in the area which closed the streets and made it confusing to get to the property. Also the fact there was no on site parking. However, the parking garage was only a few minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
