A recently built 200 m² house set on 10,000 m² of terraced landscaped garden with olive trees, featuring 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10), a large 100 m² terrace, unobstructed views, and 4G Internet access. . Parking and a carport are available. The house can accommodate 10 people, up to 12: 6–8 adults and 4–6 children. Specifically, the 3 bedrooms can accommodate adults and two children in bunk beds; the mezzanine features a double sofa bed; and a loft/dormitory area is furnished with two 90-cm mattresses for children.

The house, while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside and the cool nighttime air at an elevation of 600 meters, is situated at the crossroads between the sea and the mountains. The Pays de Fayence offers a wide range of recreational activities in the natural environment: hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking; tree-top adventure courses; rowing; canoeing and kayaking; fishing on Lake Saint-Cassien; canyoning; caving; gliding; golf; etc. The Siagne and Siagnole canyons, perfect for a refreshing swim, are just 5 minutes from the house.


After a 1.5-hour drive, you’ll be at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park or even Italy. There’s also no shortage of destinations less than an hour’s drive away:
_ toward the coast: Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, the Esterel Massif, the Maures Forest,
_ toward the mountains: La Moulière (electric mountain biking, tree-top adventure course, or “via souterrata”), the Verdon Gorges, Castellane, or Moustier-Sainte-Marie.
