Parking I wrote two emails to the hotel in advance asking about the parking options, but they did not take the time to respond. I informed Jack, the receptionist, at around 7:00 pm. When we returned from dinner at the hotel at approximately 9:30 pm, the glasses were still there. The water refill station was also not working. Overall, these details gave the impression of a lack of attention to basic guest service and housekeeping. Some of these issues could easily have been avoided with better communication and follow-up.
