The room was kept clean. The staff extremely nice and attentive. Breakfast was good and the dinning area very clean. It was walking distance from Academia gallery.

Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again.

Loveled the location, staff and property. We spent the week there with our baby and the grandparents. The staff was super welcoming, they prepared us a great diner, breakfast and reserved us a cooking class to learn how to make real pasta. It was a peaceful, very cozy and far from tourists. It gave us an authentic Toscany feel. We will come back in the future!

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Has a great bar to hang at when you’re done for the day. Comfortable seating outside. Staff okay at restaurant but not great. Morning staff for breakfast was awesome attentive and kind. Front desk team is super helpful. We had superior room that was very small. Shower didn’t work right. We didn’t complain but if you’re looking for space this is not the place. Guests in other rooms not respectful of other guests and walls are super thin. Grateful for gym but equipment needs updating soon. There is a great courtyard to hang out in as well. There are great restaurants nearby, gelato and stores. We walked to Train Station for trip to Rome. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. In all this is a great spot for adventures in Florence.

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.
