Staff were friendly, room was perfect and has ac which was needed during the hot humid summer. The hotel is located near restaurants and cafes.

Worst stay ever Patio door wouldn’t lock Staff left their keys in our lock all day which meant anyone could access our room. Room smelled of sewage. Horrible experience We actually left in the middle of the night. Zero correspondence with the staff.

Was only staying over 1 night but this was such a nice stay! The staff were extremely warm and good vibes, the room was clean and very cute, the aircon was extremely welcome in after the 32°C days, generous pillow allocation and nice breakfast. The location is also excellent for the centre of town, of course, and there is a baggagerie which is nice if you want to walk around Vieux Lyon after checkout/before travel. Ended up sad that I wasn't staying longer but will definitely come back here next time I'm in Lyon. Thank you so much for making my very brief stay as nice as it could be :)
