Except for the lady Maria who checked me into the hotel who was great and very hospitable, rest was a bad stay with the AC not working and no solution provided even though I told them it was uncomfortable to sleep in the room, asked for a portable fan or something, no soap in dispensers and when asked for it, said can’t do anything until next morning! Checked out really early in the morning with no sleep which ruined my next day travel. The hotel isn’t bad neither are the rooms but this situation left me in a bad spot. Wish they compensated or responded to my msg about this. The hotel location is good though!

Great facility with great friendly staff. Incredibly well maintained and top rated service. This will always be high on our preferred accommodations. Shout out to the housekeeping staff. Thank you.

The two young receptionists were hiding behind the monitors and not bothering to welcome us for more than 5 minutes.I am Bulgarian native and love the progress that is happening in this small country but they need a real change of attitude if they want to be a part of the West

I was so disappointed that this hotel mis-advertised, the gym was not available as it is being used as a storage room. Breakfast was completely disappointing. I had booked a deluxe room and it was much bigger looking in the pictures than the actual size, my friends had standard rooms the same size, I am annoyed that I paid extra for the deluxe. The shower was very cramped and kept hitting my head on the handheld shower every time I turned. As my room was top floor, could constantly hear planes flying over.
