"We stayed for just one night in the "Lu Magazzi". It was a beautiful room and looked like it had been very recently built. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We enjoyed the breakfast with all the home produced products. We particularly loved the Torta di noci (Walnut cake). The owner provided helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat - all a short drive away in the next village. Such an idilic quiet place to stay if you are exploring the Sibilini mountains. "Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick...

"Really comfortable, clean, very helpful and engaged host, amazing location. The only thing is the checkout time of 10 is a little early although we negotiated to stay till 10.30 and the host kindly let us leave our luggage in a storage room - this meant we had to walk in the rain (unfortunate for us there was a storm!!) We understand that it's peak season but I think extending the checkout time by an hour would make a huge difference. One little thing. Even though the idea of having a choice...
