Montecarlo Department Vacations & Trips from $258

El desayuno muy deprimente, el aire acondicionado no deja dormir por tanto ruido que hace. El aseo de la habitación regular, y el baño necesita restauración. No volvería.

Over my 20+ years of business trips and vacations, this was probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Everything is top-notch - amenities, restaurants, staff, rooms. I’m very glad I found this hotel when I searched where to stay during our visit to Iguazu Falls. Definitely recommend to everyone who can afford it.

The property was good and most folks were welcoming and helpful the WiFi was strange and one of my laptop couldn’t linkup and one of the staff refused to make us an extra key

The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds and our welcome was warm. It was great to have breakfast and dinner included in the price; the buffet style food was of a good quality, although only just warm but there was plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and it was lovely to have a linen table cloth and napkin at dinner. We were disappointed with the BBQ that we paid extra for on the second night. The meat was dry, probably reheated from the previous service; however, when we pointed this out to the waiter he was quick to replace it with freshly cooked meat, which was delicious. The hotel very kindly allowed a late check-out and arranged for a taxi to the airport. The bedroom was fine, with a jacuzzi bath, robes and flip flops for the spa (which we didn't use). The only disappointing thing was the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The place is nice enough. Unless you are an infant, you'll probably die of old age waiting for your food or drink orders to be filled. Breakfasts are good. The breakfast food quality is acceptable and it's buffet style, so you don't have to wait on the server to bring you the food. If you want a drink or food, I recommend taking an Uber into the city. You'll get it quicker than the staff here will deliver it, and it will probably be better quality. If you think that's an exaggeration, try it and see. The rooms and decor were all very nice.
