Our room lock didn’t work so every time we had to go to our room we had to ask staff to go upstairs with us to unlock the door. There was only one single chair for a room that sleeps 4. No table. The bathroom has absolutely no where to put your stuff. Shower door couldn’t close properly so large crack would get the floor all wet. No shelf or niche in the shower to put anything you might have. Lots of dust under the beds. Breakfast had 2 hot items. Scrambled eggs, or sausages. At least it had AC during the heat wave.

Great location - very central and most tourist attractions are walkable in 30 mins. Location has lots of high end shops (like being in the Knightsbridge in London). Staff very helpful and friendly. Only real negative was breakfast was adequate, would only have it if incl. in room rate. Would do with better sound proofing on windows

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything and everything we needed. From airport transport, to the EU to US outlet converter I forgot, and everything in between. They were available and immediately responsive on WhatsApp at all hours of the day and truly made our stay in Rome feel like home.
Aside from the amazing staff, our room was wonderful and very well appointed, and the location can’t be beat.
I will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome.

"This hotel is tired. It lacks management (not staff fault), zero information available about the town. Air conditioning did not work in first room or upgraded room. Breakfast served 7.30 to 10 am , at 8.20am the table was bare eg. No eggs, no yoghurt, no other cooked items and very poor selection ..."
