"We had a wonderful stay at this property. As other reviewers have said, the property is even more beautiful in person. We felt welcomed immediately, especially with a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. The kids in the group had fun in the pool, playing ping pong and soccer and seeing all the wildlife. "Our family loved our stay at Paola's villa! It was great to be able to escape the city every day and come back to such a beautiful, quiet place. It was incredibly hot while we were there, so the pool was a perfect escape from the heat - very clean and the perfect temperature. Getting to and from Rome.was a breeze. The train takes about 50 minutes to get into central Rome. The schedule can be hit or miss, but we were able to just hop on a bus instead. The town of Castelnuovo was also amazing....
