For our family, this was our third stay at this property. It is very clean and cozy/comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied. The hosts do a great job in communicating. We enjoy the quiet setting and farm/mountain views. Great property for other families to book and enjoy!

Haven is a lovely warm home. It being Christmas time was decorated beautifully and we were lucky enough to get a fresh snow fall. Highland county is very quiet and rural but thats the beauty of it. Its a very special place.

A wonderful place to stay in Monterey VA.
This is a great place to stay! It’s in a quiet rural area with all the amenities a person needs. This house is very clean with attractive decor and plenty of space. I would highly recommend this property!

This place is heaven on earth. Very scenic quiet laid back. Well stocked. The night sky is amazing. The host were very informative and helpful. Everything clean and prestine. Very cozy plenty of linen and towels. Plenty of spices great internet. Would most definitely book again. The host were Warm and welcoming

Mountain Momma Bike Ride weekend
My daughter and I stayed two nights at the Haven. We loved the property and would definitely stay there again in the future. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and had more space than what we needed. The owners Lon and Sarah were very welcoming, and I enjoyed having a conversation with them. I did an organized bike ride in the area and the Haven was a great place to unwind after the event.

Haven is a slice of Heaven!
Just absolutely wonderful...from the house to the view! The home was so charming and clean.. The kitchen well stocked and all the modern conveniences, the beds were very comfortable, the outside views were amazing. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the cows. Great spaces outside to enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the firepit in the starry night skies. We definitely plan to come back! By far my favorite vrbo rental we've done in the WV/VA area.
