I was staying in a Junior Suite and the room was of a good size and also the bathroom. The furniture had seen better days and the shower in the bath is no longer a luxury facility!
The breakfast room is a beautiful room but unfortunately the quality of the food, the variety of food or the service were all lacking. There was a menu on the table for you to order a hot breakfast but no one came near you....i had to go and get the staff on both days I had breakfast there. I would like to point out that the people at reception were very good and professional.
The hotel basically needs improving in appearance and the service staff need additional guidance in what should be provided in a 4* hotel.
