Monterosso Al Mare Villa with large garden and splendid view

Splendid villa on 2 floors with an adjoining large terrace of about 25 square meters. with table and deckchair (as shown in the photo) with a wonderful sea view. The house is surrounded by a large and enchanting garden (see photos and read reviews) with olive, lemon and fruit trees. There is also a barbecue outside with wood available. It is ideal for those who want peace, silence, relaxation, total privacy. The distance from the beach, shops and restaurants is about 400 meters. The villa has a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (see photo). Possibility of extra bed and cot. There are 2 separate bathrooms with shower. It is provided: bed linen and towels, air conditioning in each room, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, water boiler and coffee machines. Important!! The rental price includes the free availability of internet line + Wi-Fi. Furthermore, considering that in Monterosso there is the impossibility of parking except for a fee (about 90 Euros per week!), a free parking space are available. Important: no deposit / bailment is required for any damage because you must have respect not only for people but also for things! It is suggested not to drink the water at home, even if it is usable for anything else. Bottles of mineral water as well as a few bottles of wine and various drinks will be made available. Great Cinque Terre views
We really enjoyed staying here in Monterosso. A short walk down to the beach or town from the house with its beautiful garden. Luigi was a fantastic host, making arrangements before we arrived and keeping in touch during our stay for information and advice. A great base for exploring the Cinque Terre with a magnificent view to wake up to every morning!

Great views and a quiet spot for a Monterosso stay
A good spot for a stay in Monterosso with a nice terrace. Its a fairly steep 15 minute walk up from the town but that is what gives you the view. Luigi is a friendly host and stays in contact through your stay.

Luigi was a wonderful host picking us up at the train station and bringing us back for our departure. He had water, juice and wine stocked in the kitchen for us. The lemon tree provided for fresh lemon water each day for our hikes. The property is a 7 minute walk to the town and 10 minutes to the train station on foot. Coming home you will work your legs a little 😊. Nothing like working off all that amazing food. We enjoyed coming home for a few cocktails before heading out to dinner. The view is wonderful as was the privacy and peacefulness. Grazie Luigi

Amazing property and owner
We had a wonderful stay in Monterosso. Luigi’s house is so cosy and waking up to that view every morning was absolutely magical! He was sure to communicate with us promptly, picked us up and dropped us off, so the luggage wasn’t an issue. Wonderful owner and property along with the sea and the beach made a great stay! Everything about Luigi‘s place in Monterosso was wonderful. The house itself is stunning, as is the property. We loved sitting outside at the table on the patio and enjoying the amazing view of the sea. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed, you feel as though you’re in your own home but better! The proximity to Monterosso is also fantastic, we enjoyed walking down to the beach and over to the old part of town. We loved every minute of our stay, and hope to go back someday.

Beautiful Villa in incredible private location-close to all
This property, and the grounds are beyond beautiful, with stunning views. Quick 10 minute walk to the center of Monterosso (new and old town) along with the train station and ferry boat to the other villages. We didn’t need our car at all the time we spent in the Cinque Terre. Our host and property owner Luigi is a kind, and engaging gentleman. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living /dining room, and fully equipped kitchen and awesome patio, veranda, and incredible mature landscaping including lemon, olive &cherry trees, and lawn areas. Private gated road leading to property, and brick paved driveway parking. Just can’t say enough. I will absolutely be going back here, and recommend highly. Luigi-Grazing-Thank you Dan Beau. Beautiful villa with great views!
We enjoyed our week stay here which gave us time to explore the Cinque Terre from a comfortable home base. Luigi was an outstanding host and picked us up and dropped us at the train station which eased made our arrival and departure with luggage smooth. He was easily contacted and responsive. We had a great stay!

I cannot find any fault with the property, location or attention provided by the host Luigi and his lovely wife. The photographs on the listing do not do justice to the fabulous surroundings and breathtaking views from all aspects of the property. The location of the property just on the outskirts of the village is perfect in providing a respite from the hustle and bustle of the beach and promenade; but close enough to be in the centre of everything within 10 minutes walking. Luigi is the most kind and helpful person you could wish to meet; no request is too difficult for him to overcome and his attention to detail is amazing. The house is charming and the grounds are beautiful, tucked away in a safe and secluded position on the hillside that provides the most breathtaking views of the bay. On arrival Luigi provided drinking water, wine and beer in the refrigerator with tea, coffee, sugar and other essentials in the cupboards. He also returned after a few days with more drinking water. His level of advice and helpful hints of the surrounding area was extremely helpful - I cannot thank him enough for ensuring that our family holiday was an unforgettable experience - Gracie Mille Luigi - Ciao Amico!

Sehr schön und ruhig
Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Luigi verbracht. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Baby. Alles was wir brauchen war da. Das Haus hat einen grossen, gepflegten Garten. Die Schlafzimmer und der Wohnraum haben zudem eine Klimaanlage, welche bei warmen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Küste der Cinque Terre lässt es sich wunderbar Frühstücken und essen, aber auch die Seele baumeln lassen. Am Abend konnten wir dem Schauspiel der Glühwürmchen und dem Quaken der Frösche beiwohnen. Die Lage vom Haus ist am Dorfrand an etwas erhöhter Lage. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuss bequem in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Restaurants und Cafes. Der Gastgeber Luigi hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war perfekt und sehr liebevoll. Auch war schon Wein und Wasser da und auch im Kühlschrank war eine Geste von Luigi - nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Charming private villa just minutes from Monterosso
We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Monterosso. The host was exceptionally accommodating with our schedule and treated us like personal guests in his home. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the whole house including the lawn was ours during the rental period. We enjoyed the quiet privacy of this home and used a short trail to access the beach and town in 5 minutes. What a beautiful view from the patio!

Perfect Position
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luigi's home in Monterosso. From the outset we were made to feel very welcome by Luigi and Emily. They were friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of useful information. The setting was perfect: near enough to enjoy the lively atmosphere and beaches of Monterosso without needing a car, and yet so peaceful and secluded up in the hills, with magnificent views! A Little Piece of Heaven
Our stay was delightful. It was a little piece of heaven. The grounds around the villa are well kept and the house was comfortable. Although, it was a 15 minute walk from town, it was nice to get away at the end of the day. It would be hard to find a more peaceful setting.

Perfect for vacationing with older children
Luigi is the perfect host, absolutely friendly and caring. He left us his wonderful house, which is just as beautiful as in the pictures, in Monterosso - by the way the most attractive of the Cinque Terre. We appreciated most that everything you may need is available in the house. We arrived by car and were greatful for the included parking. During our stay, we used the train or boat for travelling. Thank you to Luigi for this wonderful vacationing experience!

Villa mit traumhaften Garten und toller Aussicht auf das Meer
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Meer und ist ruhig, etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums gelegen. In ca. 5 min. ist man am Strand und im Dorfzentrum. Monterosso ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Luigi und seine Frau sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, denen am Wohl der Gäste gelegen ist.

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli par Luigi et son épouse, la maison est super, très bien située, a tout le confort nécessaire et est à l'écart du centre tout en restant accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied! Le parc de la maison est beau et entretenu à la perfection. La region est magnifique, facile a visiter en train, les balades entre les villages des cinque terre sont riche en découvertes et les vues tout simplement grandioses! Je recommande à 100%

La maison de Luigi et Emily est superbe, très au calme. Elle a tout le confort et une grande terrasse ombragée dans un magnifique jardin ( voir les photos) Luigi et Emily sont des hôtes extrêmement chaleureux, gentils et serviables. Vous trouverez dans la maison tout le nécessaire pour votre quotidien Les lits sont très confortables La climatisation est très agréable et bénéfique Aucun point négatif à signaler La voiture peut rester garée sans avoir à la déplacer car la gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et on voyage de village en village pour visiter les Cinqueterre On peut aussi prendre le bateau La plage de sable se trouve également à 10 petites minutes à pied de la maison Quoi de mieux? Vraiment, notre semaine chez Luigi a été parfaite! N'hésitez pas !

Beautiful villa and location
The house is located above the town of Monterosso al Mare and has a beautiful terrace and garden. The view over the valley and the sea is magnificent. It takes about 5-10 minutes walking downhill to the village. The beds are good and there is air conditioning and mosquito nets in the bedrooms and in the living room as well, which was very pleasant. From the villa you can easily visit the Cinque Terre. Luigi is a very pleasant host who likes to ensure that his guests have a good time in his house.
