Advertised as recently updated and I supposed that is true but they just painted over all the rust, rotting wood etc. the hotel was musty and the AC did NOT work well at all

the staff was very helpful! we had a problem w/booking online w/ expedia and the young lady at the front desk helped me with getting it taken care of

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also very good and had a variety of food for people to choose from. We got into the Neosho area very late and had difficulty finding the hotel because the sign is not very big and it is not very well lit. It was difficult to find a way into the parking lot. Also, the king size bed was very comfortable but it was very high from the floor and was difficult to get onto. Because I am short, I had to use a stool to climb up to it. Just some minor things.

Nothing unique but everything was in good order, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good.

Coffee pot did not work & it took most of the evening to get the room cooled down.
