Everything was perfect we all had a great time, thank you

The room was clean and bed super comfortable. When eating at restaurants or the pool side the staff was super slow. The food at the sports bar was below average. The steak restaurant was amazing. We would have liked to see more of a dress code for the upper end steakhouse though. Someone came in wearing a Homer Simpson tshirt and it just kills the ambiance. We were there for a nice dinner and pay for the experience. We enjoyed the coffee shop every morning as it was quick and easy for when we left the premises for the day. The spa day we had was nice. We did a therapeutic massage and the pressure was just right! We enjoyed sitting in the quiet room for a bit. The price was just about right for the amenities and service, and comparable to Lifetime Fitness’s spa services. Overall it was a decent stay for the trip we planned. Location was decent for a day trip to the Red River Gorge, the Ark Encounter, and some State park hikes.

Had a 10-year anniversary getaway—such a lovely atmosphere. In-room dining was phenomenal. Class act.

The hotel was clean and the staff were all amazing. The only drawbacks were 1. The rooms didn't have refrigerators or microwaves 2. The parking situation. We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. All of the elevators in the garage were out of order. Fortunately we didn't have a ton of luggage, but if we had, that would have been arduous. Overall though this hotel was great. We would definitely stay again. It is walkable to all of the downtown attractions including The Great American Ballpark and Paycor Stadium. There are numerous restaurants nearby too.The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
