It was delicious! The rooms were clean. However, we did notice there was black mold in our shower. The hotel seems to be a little older and one of the rooms was completely gutted and getting a makeover, so construction was going on. Overall, the staff was very nice. Love the fact that we had access to the balcony, Kitchenette, dining table and a living room to relax. convenient to metro and many food spots near by. Laundry on site could be better as dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes. Grocery store ( Carrefour City ) is right next door. Gallery Lafayette is just a 7 minute walk along with other retail stores near by ( Uniqlo, mango , printemps, hoka, Zara to name a few). "The Hotel Beaugency is my go-to and quite affordable accommodation in the 7th Arrondissement of Paris. The location is right at the doorstep of the wonderful Rue Cler. Going straight out the front door and across Rue Duvivier you are on Rue du Champ de Mars which leads straight to the park at Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. "Staff was friendly and accommodating. Elevator a bit small and shoddy , probably limit your elevator usage. Staff was very nice. Location the best ! Also no ac but our stay, we were lucky it was beautiful in Paris during our stay. If it was hot I would definitely not been as happy. Overall the stay was pretty great given those circumstances."
