We arrived after 11pm so we could not take advantage of the airport transfer. There were 2 beds pushed together and nit vert comfortable. We just wanted a coffee and danish and had to pay for the whole buffet which was not very enticing. €20 each.

Bonjour, Arrivé à 14h00 à l'hôtel, 30 minutes après je me suis retrouvé à la clinique Saint-Jean. Je devais repartir en urgence en Haute-Savoie pour être hospitalisé près de mon spécialiste ( certificat, ordonnance à l'appui). En expliquant la situation, on m'a répondu qu'aucun geste ne pourrait être fait, dont aucun remboursement, alors que nous n'avons pas profité de la chambre à part les 30 minutes sur le lit (pas dans les draps) car je me tordais de douleur. Je demande à parler à la direction, ce n'est pas possible. Le responsable dit qu'il ne peut rien faire. À quoi ça sert alors d'avoir un responsable? Nous ne sommes pas à 60 euros près (le prix de la chambre), mais par principe et valeurs que doit mettre en avant un hôtel, c'est une honte !!! L'hôtel complet donc les 60 euros ne sont pas censés être une grande perte pour eux, surtout que j'ai réservé la veille à 00h00, je n'ai pas bloqué la chambre depuis 1 semaine, ce que je pourrais comprendre. Je demande encore ce remboursement. La gentille jeune à l'accueil qui ne comprenait pas non plus, heureusement qu'elle était gentille. Pour finir, l'hôtel est bien mieux en photo, couloir digne d'un film d'horreur, mur pas épais, on entend tout ce qui se passe, très déçus.

TV ne marche pas. Nous avons signalé le problème dés l'arrivée mais réceptionniste n'a pas trouvé de solution pour le jour restant. Idem pour les serviettes. 2 serviettes dans la chambre pour 4 personnes. La réceptionniste a repondu qu'elle ne pouvait pas quitter son poste pour aller a la buanderie. Problème non résolu sur les jours suivants. 3 etoiles non merité pour la prestation. Mais bien situé, propre, et sécurisé

Très déçu de cet hôtel .

Très déçu de ce séjour dans cet hôtel 3 étoiles les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos le ménage est à revoir les matelas ne sont pas confortables la douche les joints sont moisis . Il faudrait songer à enlever également la moquette et nettoyer les murs remplis de moustiques écrasés . Ne vaut pas ses 3 étoiles . Personnel d’accueil sympathique et serviable cependant .

Tres bon rapport qualite prix , 5min de l’aeroport, chambres impeccable et lit tres confortable. Insonorisation un peu legere (ou une voisine parlait un peu trop fort) mais tres bonne nuit au calme a part ca. Je reviendrai pour mes deplacements MPL.

Pas vraiment possible pour moi de noté cette hôtel arriver tard et parti tôt. Juste le prix de la chambre très très onéreux pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le spectacle des enfoires a eu raison de mon portefeuille (4x le prix habituel) Je n’avais pas réaliser avant malheureusement

Hôtel confortable

Hôtel avec une grande terrasse et une belle salle de restauration au calme. Chambre en parfait état, literie confortable, salle de bain pratique. Même si l'hôtel est en périphérie de Montpellier, il permet d'éviter les galères d'un hôtel au centre-ville (stationnement, circulation). Un tram est à proximité et des voies vertes (voies réservées cyclistes et piétons) permettent d'aller facilement à Palavas et de rejoindre Montpellier en quelques minutes. L'hôtel est à proximité d'une grande zone commerciale (pratique pour le shopping). Seul bémol, l'établissement ne semblait pas disposer de stationnement pour vélos sur un lieu fermé, mais sur place le personnel a trouvé une solution palliative pour ce problème.
