Perfect in so many ways! When visiting downtown Montreal, there’s nothing like being in the comfort of a boutique hotel like this one. And at a very affordable price! This is my new place to stay! Merci Hotel St-Martin.

For a nice hotel a few minor things were missing that made it less than ideal. In room coffee was not replaced daily. Was charged for water and minibar not used. Hassle to request refund. Pool was closed. Not noted

The hotel is great but it is in a part of town where there is major infrastructure reburshishment work. Access is not as easy as usual.

They lied to you :"the pool is outservice for maintenance this week-end it will be open for monday" Its closed since the last summer as the restaurant and bar. Cool hotel but no service, very disapointing.

Our stay was quite comfortable. The location was fairly central to all of the sites we were interested in. The room was clean and well decorated and the plunge pool and gym were a nice addition. Parking however, was confusing and not clearly marked. We ended up parking at Manuvie for the entire stay. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book again or recommend!

I arrived before the check in time, but my room was ready so they let me check in early, which was great! I also got a room upgrade, and had an amazing bath. The location was great - right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of the train station. There is lots of room for improvement on the sustainability side though - little individually wrapped shampoo, etc. instead of bulk dispensers; bottled water when the tap water is safe and drinkable; lights and radio were on when I entered the room - so that should be improved.

Overall nice. Water was boiling hot. Refrigerator did not work. Staff member had NO idea what the cross street was. Unbelievable.

Had an amazing experience at the Le St Martin hotel. Booked last minute to be able to see a show at the Centre Bell. Loved the ease and affordability of valeting my car so I could just pull up and relax in the city! The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful and cleanly. A nice easy walk to the Centre Bell & I felt completely safe walking back from the venue at 11:30 alone as a single female. The bed was comfortable and Wi-Fi was easy to connect to on multiple devices. Didn’t use breakfast service, pool or other amenities so I can’t comment on those. Shopping mall/center on other side of the block if you want to spend a few $ on a bagel rather than their extra charge breakfast. Loved that their was a nespresso in the room. Utilized it when I first arrived and before I checked out the next morning. A great upgrade from the usual drip coffee maker. Would have loved to have a bathtub instead of a shower only but figure that was available in more upgraded rooms rather than the standard room I got. Deposit was refunded swiftly and staff was incredibly helpful and willing to answer all my questions regarding how the deposit/valet charges would be processed. I would book again in a second if I had another Centre Bell event I wanted to splurge on.

Spacious, well-kept, quiet and modern rooms in a wonderful location in the heart of downtown Montreal close to all attractions. Staff have been friendly and helpful during all of my three stays. No restaurant at present as they look for someone to take over running the downstairs bistro but plenty of places nearby. Very well-priced for what it offers.

Beds and pillows not great at all for the price. Drilling and constant noise throughout the night. No dinning options, and expensive breakfast that wasn’t even worth it.

Dear guest,We sincerely apologize for the fact that you did not take advantage of the swimming pool on your first night of your stay. However, we offered you breakfast to compensate and when you checked out you said that you were satisfied with the gym, your room and that you were able to use the swimming pool. Great location - just 1/2 block from Peel metro station and entrance to the underground city. It was very convenient and helpful that the hotel offers parking; we were able to leave the car for our stay and explore on foot. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Pay for breakfast as you go also very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.
