The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel common areas were clean and nicely decorated. The room we were assigned had no heat. It stayed at 62 degrees even with the unit running. They did move us to another room for the second night. We had a suite and it was roomy. Unfortunately, there was no drain plug in the shower or sink, the toilet handle was broken and falling off, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed. We paid for four people in the room and had towels for only two. They were quick to deliver the towels after we asked for them. Would we stay here again? Maybe because of the location. The staff was also amazing and very accommodating.
