"The staff at check in was barely friendly. The room was smaller that the photo and the bed was lumpy. The breakfast starts at 7:30, which is late for travelers going to the national parks. Also was prepackaged food. A toaster with bagels and English muffins (Jam, PB, cream cheese) would make it much better. "

"We loved the lodge, great ambiance. Our room had a beautiful view and was very clean. The meals at the restaurant were good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The movie in the little theater was fun. There is a Keurig type mini machine in the room, but it would be nice to have free coffee and tea in the mornings in the lobby for guests. "
