“Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Habarana, aber mit dem TukTuk gut erreichbar. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und die Zimmer liegen etwas abseits, was uns nicht ein so sicheres Gefühl gab. Das Servicepersonal war äusserst freundlich und das Essen lecker. Einzig der Chef war nicht freundlich und wollte uns andauernd überteuerte Touren und Safari andrehen, das war etwas mühsam. Wir haben aus diesem Grund nicht über ihn gebucht. Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch nicht fertig gebaut. Kabel kommen aus den……

“The picture is from when they build the place, today is terrible. Pool was so dirty and they don’t know how to use chemicals to get it clear. The bathroom had mold/fungus growing, sink was blocked showerhead could almost not give any water. Plus it take 5 min to get hot water and another 5 min to get the right temperature The water from the sink/shower almost smelled it came from a sewers Not storage in the room at all so you live in you’re suitcase Missing curtains at the top windows and……

“We were extremely happy with our 3 nights stay at Gabaa. Staff were superb. All the cabins were hidden amongst the nature, making it must more relaxing and enjoyable. Property was very quiet and had plenty of privacy. Hiruni and Eranda and also everyone else were always available and made our stay memorable. My kids didn’t want to leave the property. Rooms very spacious and AC was worked perfectly. We got some tea and food and they were authentic.”

I recommend that you take advantage of the magnificent tradition Sri Lankan home cooked dinner. It was delicious and and so cheap and we did that twice.”

“It's has got beautiful garden, ideal for relaxing, nice swimming pool, very polite staff and they made any dish as per our choices without any fuss.”

“Big spacious room however it was very dark and damp smelling which I think is the location in the forest. The property is a little bit out of town which means you are stuck at the hotel for your meals unless you get a tuk tuk to and from town. It was a beautiful property with a lovely breakfast but I found the staff in the reception not overly friendly or helpful and a little out of the way for the main attractions. ”

“Séjour en famille magnifique! La cabane était accueillante, propre et parfaitement aménagée pour notre confort. L’emplacement dans la jungle était un gros plus, les sentiers sont élégamment illuminés la nuit et on peut y observer la faune locale. Calao, écureuil géant, lézard, et autres oiseaux. Les repas étaient délicieux et l’organisation proposée répondait parfaitement à nos besoins: services tuk tuk / jeep - safari Merci beaucoup!”
