We booked the Superior Apartment which has a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Clean large bathroom. Plenty of closet spaces. We loved it. Highly recommend.
Short walk to Old Town, Wawel Castle and other attractions.

Staff very helpful, room was clean, hotel is in a perfect spot for sightseeing.
The rooms are described as being soundproof which they are not we had 2 nights broken sleep because of the young men in the next rooms . Also no bath as described.

What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are clean, comfortable and absolutely massive! Bed was made every day, fresh towels provided and free bottled water to take with us on our busy days. Amazing value for the price, would 100% stay here again.
