“The host was very nice . The place was nice enough for the price. But I had 3 problems. 1st the internet password was not posted. About 10 text messages to the host and finally got it to work. 2nd the fold out loveseat was way past its usefulness! Luckily we found a inflatable bed in a closet and it was nice. 3rd and the most important! (The STAIRS) . Let me just tell you we are 3 old lifelong carpenters who have built hundreds of stairs. “Cherokee villages was a special place where the property felt like a wildlife sanctuary with trails leading down to the lake and a boat dock. Good for any number of guests. Came with my husband and dog and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Looks like a great place to have a family reunion with a great covered community space with lots of tables and activities for kids and adults. Saw a peacock walking around the property and a momma deer with her fawn and lots of birds. Would definitely come……
