Air conditioner had small buttons with tiny labels. Tried to turn it on for quite a while with no success. Fortunately, it was only a little warm in the room. At 5am it suddenly came on, waking me up. Also, the remote desk clerk was busy when I wanted to check out and I had to leave a voicemail to check out. Weird.

Hotel is 2 separate buildings, one down the street which we were in but not notified about prior. This building appears to be under renovation without a pool or water view. All rooms are along busy, loud A1A. AC barely work and water pressure is minimal.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

Staff was awesome and helpful

Breakfast amenities were inadequate for the number of guests. For example, there were 5 people in line waiting for the toaster most of the time. The line to check in was slow as there was often 1 person and many people waiting The valet was a bit of a wait as well Biggest issue was the valet charge from when I booked to check in was a $20 difference.
