I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour
The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30
Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water.
The Room was clean and comfortable.
I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne

The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first.
