"The house had everything we needed, downstairs very open. The stairs were steep and narrow, wasn't an issue for us but maybe for others. Took a minute to figure out the light switches. They had a few toys for our baby -9 mos- to play with, was nice. The neighbourhood was not what we expected, but had no issues. There was a previous comment about it looking "hood" I wouldn't say Hood just older houses on a river, that are their homes not vacationed lodging. Overall it was nice, clean, and quiet....

"Loved the big dining table that allowed for us to eat family style and celebrate our daughter's birthday. The house was charming and we loved having the room to spread out. I could have spent a lot of time in the library/game room browsing and reading books. A super room! I would suggest though maybe some updates to the bedding and perhaps toilets. Overall though we would recommend and stay here again!"

"Easiest family vacation. Off the beaten path of the super touristy alex bay but easy enough to get there. Great access to the water for splashing around and kayaking. We will be back for sure!!"

"The Lodges at Oak Point are a hidden St Lawrence gem. My family and I have been coming to Oak Point for the past thirty years and the Lodges are my favorite place to stay. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, and just enjoying that summer float life. The Lodges provide kayaks, a canoe , and a paddle boat for renters to use. "My family has been coming to Oak Point for thirty years now and have stayed at several different places over the years. The Lodges at Oak Point are my favorite! The bay is a great place for swimming and boating. The Lodges provide a paddle boat, kayaks, and a canoe for customer use. There is nice fire pit for campfires. The lodges are big enough for people to gather together and still have space to themselves if they want. The view from the cabins is beautiful. Roger and April are wonderful...

"We did not stay long as it was just a brief overnight trip, but the cabin was fantastic and comfortable. It felt very cozy but still spacious for the three of us and we were given a clear line of communication for any questions. Checking in and out was super easy!"
