"This was our second year staying at the hill top cottage. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great communication with the owner. Check in was easy. Cottage is well stocked with everything you need. Nice deck to sit on to view the bay. Has a dock for your boat with electricity to charge boat batteries. Will be back again next year. "

"We enjoyed a beautiful week at Sunset Cottage. Keith was there to greet us and help with luggage and gave us a brief tour of the cottage. The views were beautiful with lots of activity with swans, loons, a variety of birds, and you never knew what you were going to see. The cottage was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great week on the water. The water is shallow near docking but if you pay attention to charts you shouldn’t have a problem. Keith was helpful with guidance and instruction. We had family join us from various places This was an amazing trip for them and we have some new memories and stories to last a long time! "

"Nice place to stay with terrific water views. The room comes with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. At least when we stayed, check in and breakfast were nearby at the Gran View Inn (sister property), so not the most convenient - and the breakfast wasn't anything terrific, but the location definitely has a nice view and setting, along with all the other aspects we like in a place. Would we stay here again? Probably, esp if it's cheaper than the two nearby places closer to Ogdensburg. We enjoyed it."

"We stayed a week. Had everything we needed which was great since I didn’t realize how much stuff I would actually need. The kids loved playing in the yard and finding “camping stuff” (sticks), loved putting their feet in the water. It was very convenient being so close to everything as well. The hill to get down was a little nerve racking but the kid thought it was fun. Overall was fun. "
