Hotel staff reception was very helpful. We could not find the room, staff reception walked with us to make sure we would be okay. After swimming, pool area could do with an update: changing area, swimming area itself. Pool was good. Tried to go for a nibble at the bar, was too late: we got there after 8PM. Sat there with two hungry children, noting could be made or organised. They left us with two hungry children… this could be better!
Otherwise we enjoyed our visit!

"Well located in Morston but the barn itself needs some refurbishment eg shower (too small and weak), aircon (gets very hot upstairs and in the bedrooms at night), furniture (not very comfortable), toilets (where seats are small and wooden) etc. The owner and managing agent were very quick to respond ..."

"Everything regarding the room was great and whilst it was carnival week it was busy but ok. What wasnt was the breakfast, it was warm, eggs not fully poached, bread only half toasted, black pudding end of packet and hard. Suggest they focus on paying guests first before walkins"
