The staff was amazing, especially Flavio and Damaris who were able to accommodate us in a better room 1711, after moving twice due to rooms temperature and bathroom issues. The stay was very good and the breakfast was good as well. I would stay there again. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful, breakfast is incredible, there is a tennis court and a gym. The rooms and corridors are dated and could use a revamp.
