We checked in around 7 and by 1030 we began seeing roaches on the wall and under the frig. We packed up went to offjce to ask for a refund was told by the man who checked us in if we would have said something 30 minutes prior he could have refunded. Offered another room and we said no way roaches in one room they would be in others. So we drove 30 minutes to another motel. Very upsetting to waste money.
