"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s super secluded and great for folks wanting to hit the Sand Dunes or have a few nights away where you can stargaze.The property was well stocked with kitchen supplies, which was a nice touch given how secluded it is — great to have everything you need for cooking and meals. Having full laundry access was a big plus too. The beds were comfortable if you like a firmer mattress.A few things to know before you go: there’s no AC, so bring your own fan if you want one (there are a couple in the bedrooms, but more would help). Nights stay cool in summer, but days can get quite hot. There are also loose dogs next door, so keep that in mind if you have a reactive dog, and watch your step in the backyard — there’s a fair amount of dog poop back there.Overall, a great property, and we’d recommend it."

"The house was beautiful, comfortable, and a great home base for my climb up Little Bear. The only small downsides were that it got pretty warm without A/C, and would have been nice to have a mini refrigerator to keep food and drinks cold. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it! I will definitely stay here again."

"COOL MOUNTAIN OASIS!!! The home is comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the beautiful mountain setting of the property. The views were amazing, and the sunsets from the front porch were unforgettable. We enjoyed having outdoor seating areas in both the front and back to relax and enjoy the scenery. We'd happily stay here again!"
