We loved our spacious suite, the friendly reception staff, and the complimentary water—especially since the jet tub was a huge hit with the kids, the location offered an easy, 25-minute free bus ride to Clervaux, and they even let us leave our baggage before check-in so we could sightsee without heavy luggage; however, while we are aware that pets are allowed, there was a lingering pet odor from a previous stay that wasn't ideal.

During my stay at Hotel - Résidence Am Klouschter in Luxembourg, I was truly impressed. The peaceful environment and cozy rooms made it feel like a home away from home. The staff exceeded my expectations with their warmth and attentiveness, making every interaction a pleasure. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which set a perfect tone for my day. It was a wonderful experience!

SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location.
