"The staff was super friendly and beyond helpful regarding directions, reservations for taxis, and excellent restaurant recommendations. The rooms are adequate in size (for a pod) super clean everything! The bathrooms were spotless, the dinning area is open and well lit (i visited during late autumn). Great experience. "

"We stayed at Grandi by Centre Hotels for 5 nights and from start to finish it was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and friendly and helped with any questions we had. The room was lovely. We had a balcony, no furniture but we made do with what we had. When we arrived to the room I was greeted with a note and a selection on mini cakes as it was my birthday- a nice touch. The spa was fab and relaxing. Breakfast had a great choice and staff were on hand to replenish when things were running low. The hotel location was within walking distance from the harbour and a few shops. Down town bars are within walking distance too. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank all of the staff for making us feel so welcome."

"2 adults + 2 kids (6 & 9) - August 2025. Really nice room (biggest room) with two sleeping areas, a living area, kitchenette and street view. It really made for a comfortable and pleasant vacation. Conveniently located to all the main restaurants, shopping and harbor. Bus stop 1 is only a minute away, where you catch day tours. Wonderful staff (thanks Sergey & Gina!) and a nice breakfast in the bar area. I highly recommend and will stay there again. "
