We were treated with warmth and comfort by our host, Deny/Elliot, and he gave great suggestions as to where to eat and what to see. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The whole hotel is charming, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Deny even surprised us with a large bowl of oranges to enjoy! Clean and comfortable soft beds. Super safe. Loved it. No elevator. Parking a little tricky but that’s what you get in old town. They kindly offer to park your car for you. The parking is off the main road so not bad. But that’s not where your GPS takes you initially. So many food options, so many great shops! They let us drop off our bags hours before check in and when we returned, the bags were in our beautifully air conditioned room waiting for us. Early the next morning, they helped us call a cab to get to the bus station (fyi, Uber is not a thing in Bosnia). Beds were clean and comfortable and equipped with a proper blanket instead of the usual sheets that we’ve found almost everywhere else we’ve stayed in the Balkans. Cannot say enough good things about Villa Deny! Literally steps from the Old Town. Most important for me, there is dedicated parking behind the hotel. To have parking that close to the Old Town is a real winner . Adli, the chap at reception was super helpful.
