“We recently stayed at The Pristine for 4 days and paid around ₹25,000 for the stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the hotel's claimed luxury positioning. Issues during stay: First day dog was barking entire night. Not sure how they allowed a pet in the floor where other guests are staying. Television was not working. Water bottles were not replenished unless requested. Cleaning was done only once in four days. Hand towels were removed and not replaced. However, the main concern……
