"I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We were treated like royalty. The place and the rooms are beautiful and elegant. The history and significance of it includes surviving the atomic bomb. There’s 2 original windows in the dining room that survived the bomb. It’s a hidden gem in Nagasaki that I can’t say enough about. Everyone in our party of 5 said they liked this hotel the best. If you want to be treated better than any other hotel you’ve ever stayed at try this place. "
"Service from the staff was top notch. Moca went way above expectations with her performance. She made my day. The only knock I have is the lack of laundry facilities. "

"Beautiful and clean service great but no tattoos and it felt a bit discriminative. The room was above any other hotels, I have been to, newly renovated or built, the room was fantastic."
