While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier—the entire team was attentive, welcoming, and truly dedicated to making sure my stay was perfect. Everything about the property was excellent: Accommodations: The rooms were beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Dining: I was thoroughly impressed with both breakfast and lunch. The quality and variety were outstanding, making every meal a highlight of the day. Housekeeping: A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. The attention to detail and level of cleanliness throughout my stay was impeccable. I cannot recommend Phos highly enough for anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality hotel experience. I look forward to my next visit!"

"All inclusive and very chill. Food in main resteraunt in my opinion was very good, though some of the resteraunt dinning experiences were lack luster and would not do again. Very good for families though would be.nicer if had a program for children. At this point would recommend, though construction is a bit poor and in a few years may be run down. Had ants on balcony on third floor coming from crack in structure, and saw lots of little deterioration of the property."

Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside."
