#### Nice location

The location of the property is fabulous. They assist us with an early check in. They dis not service the apartment and after 2 days I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

#### Beautiful view and comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment is well located - a great morning walk to the V&A Waterfront while having a coffee from the local Seattle coffee shop. Great location and wonderful view especially if the weather is good. We arrived quite late on the evening of check in thus reception was closed and check in was done by security which wasn't great. The name of the accommodation is not marked outside - You need to look for an apartment block called Westridge as the accommodation is inside this building but not advertised as such. Overall a good stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Parking is an additional cost if you want to park inside but there is parking available in the street however no security in the street.

There were a few things that I didn’t like: 1\. No extra blanket/throw/electric blanket (I had to drink 🍷 to warm up) 2\. The water was lukewarm in the evening when I tried to take a bath 3\. WiFi details were not written down on the info page and I had to use my data bundles 4\. I spent 3 nights but I was only given ONE shower gel ( everyone baths twice a day on average 😩) 5\. The pool should be advertised as a splash pool because there is no grown adult that will put on a swimsuit and get into that pool 6\. A fair warming (notice) about the races on weekends would be nice. I’m not a Capetonian and I wouldn’t have known about roadblocks if I wasn’t trying to get myself to the conference/airport in time 7\. I don’t understand why I had to pay extra for parking when parking was written down as one of the features of the property 🙆‍♀️ 7\. The view was pretty cool 2.5/5 for me

Mouillé Point Places is a convient location. Bus stop just out front and a Red City Sightseeing bus stop a few minutes walk up the street Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Bobo’s or Lily’s for lunch or dinner. Our flat had a lovely ocean view. The building has security guards on duty at all times. While we were there, the water heater in our flat broke and the maintenance team fixed it in about two hours. A great place to stay. DW Cincinnati USA

#### If only the shower was working 

Everything was good except for the bath/shower. When you shower the bathroom was flooded. The whole floor and then you can't use the toilet. Other than that I couldn't of given full ⭐️

We stayed forw two weeks, the staff were fantastic, and helpful, we always felt safe ,it was always cleaned when asked ,loved how spacious the one bedroom was .so it gets a well deserved 10 outbof 10.

#### Enjoyed the stay 

Loved the natural lighting in the room, overall enjoyed my stay. Only complaints is the lack of communication as I had a late afternoon flight and was worried about not being able to check in. Other issue was that there was no hair dryer in the place.

#### Lovely place

Magnificent mountain views. Ideally located. Friendly staff. Well equiped - lovely soft towels, decent bedding. Karina is an excellent and very efficient manager. The fans and lights on invertor is an absolute bargain. My fridge was broken. I had to use the fridge of the upstairs flat for the 3 night/ 4 days i was there. The cleaner did not put on pillow cases. She said she was waiting for the delivery - but never came bacck again
