Unfortunately the ice machine was broken and also no shower caps available at front desk to give out. Shower gel was not pumping out either but luckily there was a small bar soap. We switched rooms. The next morning the person at the counter basically said the heat problem was a known problem —then why were we put in that room?? They finally moved me to another room after about a half hour of them telling me that there was nothing wrong, that the one in the lobby worked.
