“What stood out in this property was the QUALITY of the fittings and furnishings, beginning with the feather-touch opening of the front garden gate, through to the immaculate bathroom shower and kitchen with its smart mini hob and in-a-drawer dishwasher, the first I have ever seen. Colour coding of keys with locks and an outside key safe made self check-in a breeze. If I were a Captain of one of those yachts in the harbour looking for a 100% shipshape studio for the night ashore for two, this is……

“Yes great place to stay , the only thing that annoys you is how bright it is outside when the curtains are closed and the sensors constantly going on andoff . Better block curtains would do the trick ”

“The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks.……

“Close to super market and shopping centre. Apartment is spacious. The room intercom didn't work. This caused inconvenience for my friend to drive through the main gate every day ”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
