Escape to our rustic cabins in East TX. Perfect for couples, friends, families. 116 acres of open fields, blue skies, and starry nights Features: \- 3 bedroom, kitchen, living, 2 bath with showers \- 1 Queen, 1 King, 1 Full, 1 Bunks \- Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, range \- Coin Laundry On Site \- 15 min to Henderson TX \- Gravel roads, parking for 2 vehicles \- Events: Music, shows, weddings, more No Wi-Fi but great cell signal. @yellowrosecanyon for updates While we do not live near the property, we are available via message through AirBnB and email. We have full-time help that lives on property as well that can be available to solve some issues. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival with a code for the cabin door keypad. All cabins are accessed by graded gravel roads throughout our venue. There is parking for two vehicles and motorcycles. More parking available on non-event weekends by request. Parking in the grass near your cabin is OK, just be careful to not park in your neighbors yard. \- Our property is situated on 116 acres that include an RV park, other cabins, venue, clubhouse, and other outdoor features. \- Gravel roads throughout the property \- Three bedroom, two bathroom cabin with full kitchen and living area. Large deck overlooking the venue for entertaining friends. \- 15 minutes from Henderson, TX. \*to see what events are coming up or what property features may excite you about your stay with us. \- We are a venue that hosts live music events, motorcycle shows, private events, weddings, corporate retreats, and other group gatherings. \- All gravel roads near the cabins and in the RV park are easily passable by any vehicle. The woods trails are not suitable for some vehicles. \- ATVs are allowed by permission only and are restricted from certain areas. All guests using ATVs or other property features must sign a waiver. \- Wi-Fi is not available in our cabins, but cell signals are great anywhere on the property. \*\*\*All guests must acknowledge/accept the Cabin and Campground Rules prior to booking. I am unable to do more than two. I won't comment on the rustic-ness of the place, with one exception, as that was advertised. The place was basically clean, with glaring exceptions--a skillet with used oil left in the oven, coffee grounds left in the machine, ice cube trays splashed with red liquid, buildup of dirt behind one of the doors, and a particularly nasty shower curtain. The rustic nature of the wood made for some concerning staining, I am not sure how they could possibly sanitize that kind of flooring. I forgot to get pictures of the footprint stains in my bedroom. Five star states having a well stocked kitchen. No spices..we had to open a can with a knife because there was no can opener..run across the lawn to the charcoal barbeque with a rolled up piece of cardboard we lit on the stove because there were no matches..no paper towels or kitchen linens, so we had to use a rolled up washcloth to remove things from the oven and a full sized bath towel to dry our dishes..There was no dining room table which would have been fine, there is a large bar at the kitchen but only two bar stools provided so the rest of us had to eat on the couch with plates in our laps. See photos.Included is a photo of what they considered adequate for utensils.
