Find a classic Vermont setting for year-round outdoor pursuits at this beautiful home in Mount Holly. Ideally located just down the road from Lake Ninevah, this is a place for summer days spent kayaking, paddleboarding, and bike-riding, and snowy winters on the nearby slopes of Okemo Mountain Resort.

This three-story home enjoys a quiet country setting about a mile from the lake, with two kayaks, two inflatable SUPs, and three adult-size bikes provided for your use. It's a marvelous spot for day trips, with Okemo Mountain (five miles), Camp Plymouth State Park (six miles), and Killington Resort (29 miles) close by.

One of the special features of this home are its expansive spaces for gathering. The great room sits beneath exposed log beams and soaring ceilings, offering ample seating in the cozy warmth of the woodstove. Just outside, you'll have a large deck where you can barbecue on the gas grill, share alfresco meals at sunset, and linger after dinner to roast marshmallows around the firepit. In the evening hours, a fun-filled game room awaits downstairs with billiards, foosball, a bar, a movie lounge space, and another wood-burning fireplace.

Rounding out the house are a modern kitchen with sleek appliances, a window-lined dining area, and a loft where you can retreat to play the keyboard, birdwatch through the telescope, or finish a bit of remote work at the desk. In addition to the three bedrooms (two on the main floor, one on the top floor), there's a bunk nook attached to the game room downstairs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
